This geometric block features a dramatic cantilever, which cleverly serves a dual purpose: maximizing the internal footprint of the upper level while providing a natural, shaded carport below.

A defining architectural gesture is the elegant radius curve carved into the upper right facade. This subtle curve breaks up the rigid, rectilinear lines of the structure, creating a soft interplay of light and shadow as the Dubai sun moves throughout the day.
